Job Description:
The Copy Rep is responsible for managing an assigned Account, with the
assistance of the administrator. Volume
normally consists of approximately 75 requests, but can fluctuate. Job
Responsibilities: Verifying different types of requests for there validity and
copying the requested record etc. Subpoenas, Authorizations, Patient Access for release
of records. A candidate's minimum
qualifications are: Ability to read, speak, and write English Strong verbal and
written communication skills Clear penmanship Ability to communicate effectively
and professionally with clients, locations, staff, and other departments
Flexibility to work in assigned locations. Ability
to stand for long periods of time. Bending,
stooping, and kneeling required At the time of hire, and at all time throughout
employment as a Copy Rep one must have ALL of the following: The ideal candidate
will be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, have strong
personal interaction skills; be flexible and team oriented.
